The Master suite is located to the ground floor (advantage for those that might have difficulty with stairs),& is equipped with a U.S. King Size Bed (Equivalent to UK Super King size). It has a walk in closet, 'his and hers' vanity units, large shower cubicle and a marble Roman style tub.

Upstairs there are a further 6 bedrooms, 2 are equipped with U.S. Queen sized beds (equivalent to U.K. King size), 3 have Twin bed's & 1 has bunk bed's. En-Suite facilities are accessible from 4 of these bedrooms, a family bathroom is also located on the upper floor. All bedrooms have been furnished & decorated to a superior standard (2 of which are themed "Space" & "Disney") a number of portable televisions have also been provided.

The villa therefore accommodates 16 guests plus a baby (Crib & Cot provided), however we have accounted for extra flexibility of Sleeping Arrangements by also providing a fold-away bed, a "Z" bed, two futon's (Games Room) & the couch (lounge) also converts to a double bed.

The kitchen is fully fitted to a superior standard with every conceivable convenience including microwave, cooker, broiler, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Adjoining the kitchen area is a breakfast/dining area. There is also a separate utility room which has a washing machine, dryer, steam iron and ironing board. The main living area is a magnificent family room which is lavishly furnished and carpeted. A massive "5 Foot" television screen is the focal point of the living room & is complemented by a superior DVD surround sound system complete with Cable television (Upgraded channel package). A second family bathroom (WC & Shower) is located via the foyer towards the pool..

The magnificent tiled entrance hall opens up to a further lounge & formal dining area.
No expense has been spared, many upgrades have been included to enhance the superior appearance of this property offering our guests that extra touch of luxury.

We have also added a very spacious "TRIPLE" games room with pool table, table top soccer, Darts, American football game, 2 futon's, a further television, VCR and surround-sound Hi-Fi. This room is ideal for entertaining the teenage members of your party seemingly seperate from the main part of the property.

One of the main attractions is the beautiful 30ft x 15ft heated pool with underwater lighting and a Jacuzzi Spa. This area is enhanced by an extended decking area and "lanai" (Covered dining area) all of which is enclosed by a mesh screen which provides full protection against insects, without stopping your sun tan! Patio furniture includes tables, chairs and sun loungers. Beach towels are provided as are pool inflatables for the kids to use.

An added benefit over other properties is FREE WiFi allowing you to use Broadband to surf the internet & make free/cheap international calls using one of the many VOIP systems available, (WiFi Laptop required).

Nursery equipment consists of a Crib, a Cot, 2 High Chairs, 2 Safety Bed Rails, Stair Gate, Pushchair, Playpen, Change Mat, Potty.
